I had the privilege of collaborating with Rob during our tenure at both Motorway Direct Plc and YourBlock Limited, where I held the position of CEO and founder at YourBlock.
Rob boasts extensive experience as a Document Control Manager, Project Manager, Brand Guardian, and Production Manager during his time at Motorway Direct. After leaving Motorway Direct Rob joined me as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of YourBlock, leading the charge in shaping the company's vision and direction.

Our Broomhall Project
I have worked on many projects and for many companies and have liaised over the years with many designers. To be honest my experiences of working with designers haven’t always been pleasant or straightforward. Rob is different and has restored my faith in designers! He has the perfect balance of technical digital skills, artistic eye, interest in the project at hand and a commitment to ensure the finished product is the best it can be.
The OUR Broomhall project was a 2-year heritage lottery funded community history project capturing the history of the Broomhall area of Sheffield. One of our aims was to produce a book about the history of the local community centre. We had lots of ideas, tons of photographs and lots to say and we knew we wanted it to be more cutting edge and up to date than some history books we’ve seen. Rob appeared at just the right time for us as his abilities and enthusiasm to get involved helped us to accomplish our wish and the book is actually better than we ever imagined. We couldn’t have found a better designer and we highly recommend Rob for any print publication design management role. His interest in history really helped as he knew exactly what we were aiming for.

Robert is a consummate professional within his field. Once my ideas were laid down for my new business venture into the gardening and soft landscaping field he set to work immediately. Often working out of hours of his own volition he graphically designed all aspects of my new ‘Bushmaster’ logo encompassing a difficult crossed chainsaw design. He overcame this with minimum fuss expeditiously; presenting a full comprehensive package for my logo, van and business cards/flyers. He met with me at short notice on several occasion to finalise certain aspects when needed; often within a short time constraint.
Thanks to Roberts’ experience and friendly manner I now have a fully designed van decal set, business card and flyers, website up and running (which is a huge challenge on its own) and most centrally my brand logo.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to any customer irrespective of task size required.
